Humidity sensor SOV-2

SOV-2 sensed moisture intended for water detection in gutters and coves.

Only the sense of moisture works on the principle of changing the electrical resistance caused by the presence of water between special electrodes poured into the body of epoxy. The same body also has an electric heater with a power of 1.7 W at 24 V, which prevents water from freezing on the sensor electrodes.

The SOV-2 moisture sensor is used to control the process of melting snow and ice in gutters and storm water drains in combination with electronic regulators ETO2-4550 and ETR2-1550.
