{"id":8670,"date":"2021-02-01T08:03:22","date_gmt":"2021-02-01T07:03:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpos.hr\/en\/?page_id=8670"},"modified":"2023-03-10T19:02:17","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T18:02:17","slug":"quality-control","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/elpos.hr\/en\/o-nama\/quality-control\/","title":{"rendered":"Quality control"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">In the company ELPOS Ltd.<\/span> a<span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">ll processes are controlled according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, and special attention is paid to the intermediate and final quality control of our products.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"3\">At 100% quality control of our products we work in accordance with the European Low Voltage Directive (LVD)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> 2014\/35\/EU<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">and compliance with that Directive is based on compliance with standards:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>IEC 60800:2021, \u00a0EN 60519-10:2013 i EN 62395-1:2013<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">All heating cables, thin heating mats, heating foils, heating films and heating traces pass the tests: operating resistance, insulation resistance (with 500 VDC), insulation resistance to elevated voltage (1460 VAC) and power at rated voltage.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">The customer receives the results of these tests in the form of a TRUE REPORT which is automatically generated and printed by the program and equipment of our test system.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">DECLARATIONS OF CONFORMITY and STATEMENTS OF PROPERTIES can be found on our website in the DOCUMENTS section.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>All power and control distributors for electric heating are tested and must meet the standards\u00a0 EN IEC 61439-1: 2021 and for them the customer receives: TEST REPORT and STATEMENT OF CONFORMITY, and especially the test results of the operation of the circuit breaker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">The automated test system, due to the operation with high voltages, is located in an enclosed space, and the test is carried out by appropriately educated and additionally trained workers.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"3\">The test procedure itself is conducted by a purpose-written computer program where the examiner only performs control and connection of the measuring equipment and the measuring object.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-9447\" src=\"https:\/\/elpos.hr\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Ispitno-mjesto1-291x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"579\" height=\"597\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">Watch a short film about the test procedure of heating elements in our production!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"ELPOS - ispitivanje el.  grija\u010da\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6x-Q0j6BTMc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">Electronic assemblies, from our production, are tested in a specially built and equipped laboratory in order to be able to perform very demanding tests according to the standards:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>HRN EN 55022:2011, HRN EN 61000-4-2:2009, HRN EN 61000-4-4:2013 i HRN EM 61000-4-6:2014<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">In addition, our electronic circuits have certificates for LVD and EMC from an authorized laboratory SIQ &#8211;
