- If you want our help, let us know with your requests. You can do this via our contact form, by phone or via one of the communication applications (Viber, WhatsUp, Messenger).It is important to describe your wishes in as much detail as possible and attach a floor plan of the space, or an isometric drawing if it is a pipeline. Of course, it is necessary to provide all the information we need in order to be able to contact you back.
- Our engineers will review your request and try to create a technical solution. If not all the necessary information is known or the requirements are unfeasible we will ask for further clarification. Also, in this step we will offer you a change of requirements which, according to our acquired knowledge and experience, would bring a significant improvement in technical and / or economic terms.
- After the submission of additional data, the final realization plan is made and the offer is made. The offer, with a technical solution, will be sent to you for review. Here it is important to check that we understand each other well and that the solution offered is exactly the one that will meet your needs and that will match the dimensions (most heating elements cannot be subsequently extended, let alone shortened!).
- It may be necessary to return to the previous step from this step, but this is precisely the basis of a well-designed technical solution with acceptable economic consequences. It is always better to “spend” an extra day on control of measures, correction on the draft, change of thermostat position, additional explanation, etc. than to redo a new and inadequate system which after all modifications is more of an improvisation than a well-planned system. Our delivery is fast and deadlines are strictly observed, so there is no need to be afraid to invest time in good input data that will produce an optimal technical solution.
