Mounting strips

Mounting strips made of galvanized sheet metal, with perforated “lugs”, are mounting material for quick installation of heating cables and are attached to the base with impact dowels or by “drowning” in waterproofing.

Mounting strips are 20 mm wide and 0.7 mm thick. The heating cables are connected to the mounting straps by passing PVC ties (100 x 3.5 mm or similar) through “lugs” spaced 10 or 20 mm apart.

They are most often used in the production of: internal floor heating, heating of external surfaces and stairs, and in heating the floor under the floors of cooling chambers in cold stores.
