Humidity and temperature sensor ETOG-55

ETOG-55 is a humidity and temperature sensor designed to control the heating of outdoor surfaces.

The moisture sensor works on the principle of changing the electrical resistance caused by the presence of water between concentrically placed electrodes cast in epoxy. The same housing also contains a temperature sensor (consisting of a 12 kΩ NTC resistor at 25 °C) and a 2 W electric heater at 24 V, which prevents water from freezing on the sensor electrodes.

The ETOG-55 moisture sensor is used to control the process of melting snow and ice on external surfaces in combination with electronic regulators ETO2-4550 and ETR2-1550.
